DRA were professional from the first contact. They fixed a time and date with my tenants to complete the PAT test and kept me informed. They turned up on time and left the flat tidy and the tenants happy. I enquired about organising a PAT test for my PA system, and I had a very prompt response that enabled me to quickly book a slot for an engineer to come out. The engineer who delivered the service (Jordan) was very professional and was lovely to speak to.
