Arranging your PAT testing couldn’t be easier… all we need to know is where you are and how many appliances you have (the working environment may help us too), you can use our online booking form to get started, even to choose your price, and give us an idea when you’d like the work carried out.
We’ll consult our diary and return to you by email an estimate for the work and proposed date to do it, all you need to do is confirm.
We’ll then send you confirmation of the booking and that’s it; job booked. If you have a plan for how often you need equipment testing let us know so we can put that into our system for reminders, or we can talk to you about the best recommended frequencies we would suggest based on our findings. In most offices this could mean not getting the IT equipment tested for another 2-3 years!
When we do the job we check visually each appliance is safe, changing fuses if necessary, repairing or replacing faulty plugs all included in the price so no hidden charges will be added to the invoice.
Our engineers are experienced, competent engineers trained to meet the high standards our business expects, guaranteeing you safer electrical equipment when we leave – our engineers are paid salary, not per item, so they are not rushed. They are encouraged to do repairs, tidy cables and so on, unlike contractors for cheaper suppliers. They also hold enhanced DBS reports and have passed Durham Police vetting checks.
Furthermore, the work we do is recorded on the machines we use, then downloaded to our cloud based office server system for storage. From that we create your reports, and hold them on file indefinitely should you ever need a copy.
