DRA were professional from the first contact. They fixed a time and date with my tenants to complete the PAT test and kept me informed. I enquired about organising a PAT test for my PA system, and I had a very prompt response that enabled me to quickly book a slot for an engineer to come out. The engineer who delivered the service (Jordan) was very professional and was lovely to speak to. This company carried out our annual PAT Testing and arranged to come out quite quickly which was a bonus.
