What we do for our clients

We take the stresses and concerns away from our clients; by carrying out periodic inspections and tests on all portable appliances we keep a check on whether they have been damaged or developed faults.

If an appliance is faulty we deal with it in the most appropriate way, which could mean carrying out a repair, recommending specialist maintenance or removing it from use.

We advise our clients on ways to improve safety if we come across a concern such as a plug blocked by furniture, an appliance that has been recalled by the manufacturer or a damaged socket.


We carry out on-site assessments of the risks, and discuss your needs to find the best solution for how long intervals should be between tests.

Our engineers are skilled and experienced, as well as being suitably qualified through City and Guilds and have been through appropriate training schemes.

We use pre-printed professional blue labels, stamped with the appliance ID and date, which relate directly to the report we provide you with. In addition every clients gets a PAT Testing Certificate to display.
