When you get PAT testing done you need to be sure you’re getting what is needed; there’s no point paying for a service is you’re not going to be covered if something goes wrong.

1. We check every appliance; we’ll work with you to make sure nothing is missed, but if we do miss something, we’ll come back with no extra charges.
2. If there are more appliances than quoted for, we’ll test them anyway
3. If an appliance needs a repair to pass, such as a rewire or replacement plug, we’ll do it automatically, usually for free
4. We remove old labels, before applying ours, and we put them on neatly, and discreetly. Every item checked gets a unique ID number in our database, to date, we have tested over 1.6 Million electrical items.
5. If we can’t turn off a server system, we’ll do a visual inspection. Where possible we may also do a thermal image survey.
6. We can test fixed as well as portable appliances (those with a plug and those that have been hard wired)
7. We can test 110v, 230v and 400v equipment
8. We provide every client with a fully itemised PAT Testing Certificate Report, as a PDF document, that includes electrical test results – essential if there is ever an investigation into your safety (most PAT companies don’t provide this).
9. We set up risk based retest periods with you, based on yours and our risk assessments, and send you reminders when you’re next due.
