This is a brand new kitchen, just installed in this property in Jesmond, We managed to see it before anyone had used it. It looked very different a year later!

This Microwave Oven was found in a student property we tested in the summer of 2025. As you can see it is very rusty, from not being kept clean by its users. Its not in good condition, not hygienic and sparks a lot when in use. We failed this oven, took it out of service and the landlord replaced it for the new residents moving in.
